Speak to him about what? Common decency? The HOA sent him warnings about the motorcycle cause everyone was complaining and he has stopped that for the most part but summer is coming so we will see. This is a grown ass man I'm talking about. No matter the race nobody wants loud ass ignorant neighbors. There are some filipinos down the block and their teenage son is a complete a$$hole, his friends drive their little tuner cars up and down the street blasting music so some people called the cops on their asses. Most home owners act like that though. It's just more provocative when it's black vs. white. I've seen the same shyt happen with two blacks, two whites etc. White guy shouldn't have been approaching him but the clip is like 8 seconds so who knows what led up to it. It's not like the vid where some old cac was harassing some black kid for like 10 minutes before dude pushed him back 30ft.

fukk outta here. Im a homeowner and I never acted like that even at my most brolic and short tempered. You can't acknowledge that this cac did something as serious as he did while also trying to vilify someone for reacting not only in a natural way, but a justifiable way even by America's fukked up standards of law. The fact is, YOU DO NOT COMPROMISE THE PERSONAL SAFETY OF ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL with the full intent of doing so during the act. Period. There's really nothing to talk about in that regard.

You can not impede on one's right to move about a space. He stood directly in front of the kid with intended aggression with the intent of encroaching his space, not allowing him to move forward. After being aggressively approached within a space, the kid moved back despite not having to. That was him removing himself from intended aggression. He backed away while also being in a position to readily defend himself. Stupid cac decided to further encroach and the kid took action preserving his well-being. Evidence of the kid not being the aggressor is him immediately creating space even as he connected.

We don't know what happened outside of this clip or if this kid is even the person for this cac to have directed his anger towards rightfully (assuming he had plausible reason to). What we saw was an aggressive man assaulting (yes, its actually assault, but not battery) a kid for whatever reason...and the kid handling it accordingly. Theres nothing else to justifiably pull from this video. nikkas trying to defend this cac are people who felt like Michael Dunn did the right thing but were scared to say it.

Grown men don't talk to each other like that unless they don't mind getting physical..... and the adult in this video was clearly trying to intimidate the teen through verbal aggression and body language... and he got checked for it.... simple as that......
