i did the program at western culinary institute in portland oregon. it was a le cordon bleu school. there was a massive lawsuit against the school for basically being a diploma mill. got my debt erased at least.

im not gonna front like im escoffier or even mario batali or some shyt but i throw down in the kitchen. every restaurant ive worked in ive improved their process. i enjoy it. you gotta love it to do it really.

yes actually. my moms was a teacher and she really enjoyed it. i like kids. i feel like i'd enjoy doing that. i was thinking of starting online classes at tulsa community college soon.

ill admit im worried about some deranged cac blowing me away with a rifle tho

teaching isnt exactly the safest profession these days.. but yeah, if i could reach out and help some kids id love to do something like that. absolutely.
