Be careful. nikkas on this site will tell you that your distancing your self from Africa. Which couldn’t be further from the truth. I definitely believe some of us were here prior to slavery. This continent was prolly mad diverse before Europeans got here. I would think the east coast would have more natives who were black based on proximity to Africa

All facts right here. Man lemme address this real quick.

Africa truly is the cradle of humanity and the roots of Black people worldwide as far as our existence here on the Physical Realm is concerned. Some of our greatest civilizations, inventions, sciences, and spiritual systems rose outta Africa.

In saying that tho, if we really wanna know how great we truly were and how Godly/Messianic we truly are (that’s a whole conversation the masses still ain’t ready for just yet unfortunately), we would have to stop limiting our greatness to just Africa and explore our greatness in other lands too such as Asia (most especially since it was basically Africa 2.0), Europe, Australasia/Oceania, the South Pacific Islands including the Hawaiian Islands, and the Americas including the Caribbean Islands. We traveled to these lands for eons, hell some of us were already in these distant lands too (which is a whole nother conversation that I used to thought was bullshyt until things started to gradually make sense the more I looked into it...One thing I’ve learned about Cacs and their incessant and narcissistic use for rationalist thought, if they say it’s bullshyt and false, often times it’s the opposite). These civilizations that we founded and governed in these distant lands have many things in common with each other....Pyramid and mound structures; obelisks; temples; Ancestral veneration (NOT worship); spiritual systems that had deities that not only had damn near identical attributes and mythologies, but were even utilized as mathematical formulas and being associated with parts of the human body; physical and esoteric sciences pertaining to melanin; prophecies that line up with each other; the spiritual concept of Life is Death/Death is Life; general harmony with Mother Nature; eco-friendly urban planning, terraforming, and landscaping (did y’all know that we created the Amazon Rainforest?); universal understanding that the Earth is a living super-organism; general matriarchal societies or societies where the Woman was of incomprehensible importance on a physical, metaphysical, and spiritual level; priesthoods and Masonic circles; the presence of a Great Mother in cosmic/human creation stories; and so much more. It’s even an argument that we may have had a One World Government in the ancient world at the time too, operated mainly by us. Of course we were on a whole different level back then compared to how maliciously vile the Cac has been in making his version of it.

Africa is definitely our cradle down here but we are so much more than just Africa herself. Even before the Great Maafa aka the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade from the Cacs and the Trans-Sahara Slave Trade from their white Arab cousins, there was always a Global Diaspora of Black folks because we have always been a global people

I'm always perplexed by these kinda threads/assertions.... on one end I get how it could be the case, and yet I really can't wrap my head around it.

If we are Native Americans, then exactly what tribes are y'all talking about? Where are the remnants of the culture and language that survived in our culture and language today? Cuisine? Music? Etc

My point is, I can see the African in us, but I'm not sure where to find the Native American.

O.P. took one part of the video, and turned it into a whole different story, that's foul to me. You just took a people story with no proof. I always ask if blacks were native Americans why were they mistakenly called "indians"? The average black person from West africa don't have Indian features, that's more east african

But as far as the seeker video, the reason they have DNA from new guinea is because the original inhabitants of the Americas were them, but this was around 100,000 years ago. Once native Americans came here from east Asia around 10,000-30,000 years ago, they killed them off, we think this because of the drawings in the caves of south America near the Brazil area.

Some of them didn't die off before having offspring with some native Americans because we still see the DNA in their genes today, that is what the video meant, not when white people came here a few hundred years ago, it was us

Black Americans do have some native american in our culture. The use of corn in our recipes is one way we got influenced by them when we mixed with each other. Africans don't have a history of cornbread, and grits, as far as i know

My issue is when people start talking about we were the native Americans instead of we married into the culture, because how can you claim their culture but live like ADOS, that makes no sense at all.

Most black people who claim native American don't have family living on reservation, don't practice the customs, and can't name one family member today who do those things. That means they are fronting, and trying to be exotic
