You can try and hide behind “what Malcolm had said” 50+ years ago but I didn’t say anything about the liberal or conservstive. I talked about the differences between dems and repubs. Like you said, it’s not about political ideology because trump isn’t a liberal or conservative and most of these whites as a whole aren’t either. These people are white supremacists and as of now the republicans represent the more militant aggressive white supremacists. It’s in black people’s best interest to not have these militant white supremacists like the crackers on the alt right in power.
Another reason that I could respect the Nation/Malcolm’s opinion is that they were pushing for black segregation. They wanted blacks to divest from the system altogether so their “black people shouldn’t fukk with either liberal or conservative” position was consistent with their overall ideology.
