He said once he was a hardcore vegan, but the diet messed him up some how and on his channel he had a bunch of kats who also got messed up by it, and since then hes been an avid carnivore and anti vegan, and hes been eating raw things in front of vegans for a long time

I had a roommate in college who shot squirrels and I shyt you not
Would skin them and salt them to dry the skin out on a plate in the living room, casual as shyt, and when they finished drying hed hang them up in his room

It is.

You cook meat to a certain temperature for it to be consumable to obtain the nutrients and not get sick.

You won't get sick from eating overcooked meat, it just lacks nutrients you're chewing just to fill your belly at that point or better yet it's just a conduit for bad shyt like excess salt and high fructose corn syrup like you find in ketchup or these shelf ass BBQ sauces and condiments.

Unless you're cooking meat yourself and you have a proper kitchen thermometer, you should be eating at places that specialize in cooking meats and typically that means pricier places.

Applebee's just won't do it. Even outback steakhouse or lonestar steak house might not be the place. Sure each location may have someone who knows what they are doing, but it's a gamble.

Most people don't know what they're eating anyway. They just get what their dad's or their friends get, misfires happen but the majority of the people do not know what's what and the people who do think they are connoisseurs are often wrong.

Don't go to waffle house and order a steak medium rare or medium after watching shows on food network thinking you're a boss. Just tell them not to burn it.

Eating in America is more of a sensation thing. Sure some food is visually stimulating with bright vibrant colors or the decor, but that's often replaced by huge portion sizes that make people go "wow".

Most Americans eat cause they like the feel of chewy and crunchy, sweet and salty..so nachos bellgrande or chik fil a is just fine with them. And that's ok :yeshrug:
