There's always the attempt to have the face of the organizations be a certain way. In a league with helmets its easier as some face stay on the air more than others. When there are no helmets, it's a bit more difficult to focus the spotlight on their chosen faces. It's not even always black vs white as sometimes, very rarely, but more so these days.....acceptable black vs unacceptable black example being Seattle losing a super bowl and in the nba institution of a dress code to battle against the aesthetic that Allen Iverson made popular....
