You know how white the majority of these media places are? fukk these nikkas. The guests are the priority. Production staff gets no say as long as they get paid. If they have an issue, we'll hire people who understand the culture and won't have a problem. The pay rate could have also been a point of contention.

Anybody that's ever listened to Howard Stern knows despite claims of "he makes fun out of everybody", knows that show had it's fair share of racism regardless of Robin being on that show. We're talking about four white dudes complaining about racism and a hostile environment who previously worked on a show that included movies reviewed by a Klansman, Jackie Martling who said plenty of racist jokes, breast cancer awareness day with screenings done on strippers and pornstars, Gary the Retard, Beetlejuice,etc..

And they couldn't handle working the Breakfast Club?

Stern show has actually been very PC the past 10 or so years.
