Blacks are enlisted in the military at a rate higher than what we represent in the overall population.
30% of the women in military are Black, 17% of the men are Black.

I bet over half the people in this forum have a relative who is active in the services right now.

I'm not saying war is guaranteed but Russia is and always has been very interested in expanding their sphere of influence in the Middle East.....we already had behind the scene clashes with Russia over Syria and Turkey.....they coulda see this as America trying to swing the balance of power in that region. I'm not saying anything is set in stone but geopolitical shyt like this can have a domino effect. It's pretty short sighted to not think this couldn't lead to a larger conflict

Yeah man I don’t love it and it really hurts because a lot of black folks feel like going in the military is the only option. I hate it for my folks over there especially family.
