Ehh I had steak tarare because the boss was buying ( and unbeknown to him , we knew lay offs were coming). So I ordered that and some truffle fries and some pudding/cake thing from the UK to try to fleece his pockets.

Steak tarare was just ok (Raw quail egg and all). Tasted like Worcester sauce and an under done high quality burger.

Steak is already wack cooked, raw would be inedible idk how you nikkas can eat uncooked protein...ain’t no Caribbean dish that I can think of that’s uncooked...

Not much of a a taste imo. It takes the taste of whatever it's seasoned with, while adding a slight "beefy" after taste
