CACs spend $600k on sand to rebuild eroding beach. Storm washes it away in one day. They think they are above nature because they are unnatural.

Yeah. Build a seawall.idiots, sand erodes quickly...if you need an artificial barrer you need STONE... and then even then there's no guarantees

And you just know that CAC doesn't want higher taxes to fund other shyt.
It's also funny he doesn't think there's climate change, yet he thinks money is needed to save the beach. If nothing's changing then why do you need the funds?

Well, that spot has apparently been there for at least a half century..... Seem like they got the most out of that spot..... Nature has been warning them for decades.... 
They are collectively rich but didnt want to pay some real experts to engineer a wall for them. They will be doing this dance again and the state shouldnt bat an eyelash at them.
