Aritificial Intelligence becoming self aware has never made sense to me from a common sense standpoint. I don't believe the shyt is possible, and will continue to hold that belief. The shyt just doesn't make sense to me. Computers are only gonna what they are programmed to do. Now some evil scientist mothafukka can program some fouls shyt into AI, but it's not gonna decide it wants to take over the world on its on. That would only be possible if a human programmed it like that.

I don't give a fukk what type of articles or studies y'all can post. The shyt don't make sense to me, so I'm ridding with my instinct. I'm not worried bout no damn robots

Yeah I heard Ai can't go past their programming like they do in the movies. Whatever you design it to do it will do but won't magically flip one day and do something outside of it's coding. Idk i think i got that right my friend is into tech to and we had this conversation a while ago.

Machine Learning is actually giving the Robot data and information then allowing it to use that information to make decisions for itself rather than telling it what tasks to perform. But the idea that we’ll be in a terminator future is a stretch. We shouldn’t fear humanoid robots, but rather the task performing machines. You’ll see a lot of jobs dwindling away as a cause of these machines

I know I could be wrong. But I just don't understand the concept of a computer doing more than what it was programmed to do. I just can't wrap my head around it. It defies logic to me.

Yeah irobot was a fictional. AI can't do anything unless the person making the program makes it like that.

If an AI reached the level of singularity then hypothetically it could be so calculating that it could wipe us out covertly in a series of events steering the course of humanity umbeknown to us mere mortals.

I mean think about it, would a super intelligence who saw no further use for the human species actually let us know it was super intelligent?

shyt blew my mind. If an AI were to access all of our phones on a global scale it would know everything about our species, culture and history. Weakness and strengths too.
