Cacs Won't Let You Sit Together at Work?

For mostly my office/desk jockey brehs,

when I go to work I see cacs who are best friends get assigned to cubicles/offices next to each other and they always getting up walking back m forth and talking to each other.

But every time a few new black folk get hired, they make sure to assign us to work stations are as far as they can be from each other geographically so you have to walk across the entire office to even see them.

Does this happen at anyone else's job? I never noticed at first

As weird as ur sounds I make a conscious effort to not display rapports with black people I work with, while at work.

People tend to get intimidated when they see blacks "cliquing" up. Been fired for this before (although I was in the wrong). But I've noticed the energy. Some shyt you just learn boi

I'll see black coworkers in the halls and the break room but during the entire work day but during the day I'm like " where you mfs be at?"

So one day I'm doing a walk around the office floor pretending I'm going to take care of businessential just to see where all the black people are.

Yeah I had that when I used to work in a call centre many years ago. Cacs sit next to each other and talk all day long, cool. Black folks sit next to each other even on a quiet Sunday evening with hardly any calls, they make sure to split us up with bullshyt reasons.

Feels like they don't want us talking to each other, scared of what were gonna talk about with them not there.

I went to a majority white high school and most of the brothas all hung out together at lunch. Everyday the bytch ass principal or vice-principal would hover around us like while the white boys would be all around breaking fool with no repercussions.

The rest of the melaninated people are quite far away from us, but the other black dude on our floor walks to my office every day just to kick it or discuss a project. And I'll walk to his office multiple times a week too.
