Cadillac's CUE system

Anyone have a new cadillac with the CUE system in it? I'm interested in the ATS but I want to hear some first accounts on how well CUE works. I've heard a few complaints on how responsive the touch screen can be.

I'm not sure how I like the volume slider either, but I think theres a button on the steering wheel for that anyway. I've messed with it a little at the auto show but I'll probably hit the dealership soon to do more work.

The CUE system is done. I still like Chrysler uconnect system better since you still have knobs with volume

I played with it a little bit at the car show. I like it for what it's worth. I wouldn't mind getting one of those XTS's or a new CTS-Vsport or whatever they are calling them now.

Yea a lot of people are disgusted from what I've read and many feel like they are beta testers. Hopefully 2014 models will be better.

ive never personally used it but ive seen a bunch of video reviews of the ats bc i was thinking about getting one and its horrible. If i can tell by a video that its shyt imagine how bad it is in real life. Some guy posted a video of the cue system on youtube and his volume was stuck, it wouldn't go down, only up. The other thing that threw me away was the knob-less volume. Like words can't describe how stupid and uncomfortable that is.

And everything else about the system is just laggy af and unresponsive

From what I've read most people live and die by the steering wheel buttons which is a shame its come to that. I've been hoping for a CUE overhaul with the new 2014 models but this seems highly unlikely. Such a shame too, since otherwise the ATS is a great car.
