Closing the distance only makes sense if you're sure the opponent isn't carrying. Only way to verify that is a body search, especially after a car chase. "Taking the extra time" could've got him killed

That guy wasn't expecting Cain to pull up to begin with, if you gonna risk a crime that could get you life AWAY from your son you're trying to protect, you could be a little smarter/more patient with how you go about handling things, that should be common sense but judging on the replies in here a lot of y'all think otherwise, just do emotionally charged crime with no plan...
