Yeah professional, or skilled criminals can make careers out of it but buddy was doing 100 on city streets blowing reds like protected left turns don't exist. Like the arrogance to think you'll beat the odds/physicsA decent amount (not majority) of people get away if they shake that 1st or 2nd patrol car. It's a wrap when the helo is on you though.
EMT Here, least in my city, lot of folks don’t be wearing there seatbelt. Had one a few shifts ago, man’s busted his head open on the rear windshield….he was the only one in the car.You witnessed this? My friend was an EMT a few years back. His first emergency was a street dude that ran away from cops. Dude hit a flatbed truck and his head came off.
