there’s plenty of free bridges and no toll highways in NY. There is no such thing as a free bridge or tunnel that is owned by the Port Authority coming out of NJ and they have the turnpike and garden state that is almost entirely tolled.

Once you past NYC tolls are pretty cheap. Cost me a $1.65 to drive from New Rochelle to Portland, Maine....and it's a 5hr drive.

I don't ever plan on driving in NYC aha. shyt makes my anxiety go up just imagining it. Same for San Francisco.
