For the record, yes, there is some racial tension between some Blk and Hispanics, but the overwhelming majority of said tension is fueled by street/gang politics.
Amongst civilians, Blk and Hispanics co-exist with one another and the relationship is relatively peaceful.
Why?
Because Blk & Hispanics may share the same neighborhoods and/or both groups may live in very diverse neighborhoods and cities and coexist with other ethnic groups including white ppl.
The incident they happened in Colton/Rialto is more of an isolated incident than a common occurrence.
In addition, usually Hispanics that are on that NK iish probably have racist parents or relatives that taught them that bs or has some sort of gang ties that spills out into the civilian population.
I live in the IE and my city is over 2/3rd Hispanic. I don't have any issues with Hispanics when I am out and about.
I mind my business and they mind their business. If I do interact with them, then usually it is respectful with sprinkles of small talk.
I also don't associate with gangs whether they are Blk or Hispanic. I stay out their way and they stay out my way. But, but groups are present..
It comes down to this..
Parents need to properly home train their kids! Girls need to learn how to keep their hands to themselves and not attempt to physically challenge boys.
Boys need to be taught to keep their hands to themselves as well and learn not to fight girls as well as learn to control the use of force when in conflict with girls.
School administration need to do a better job or providing security for the students and teachers need to learn how to follow protocol and notify security and the principal when there is conflict amongst students. Common sense iish!
