I do have a problem however with them saying you it’s illegal because they have to be know your not using a condom in order to give consent…but this same state abolished the law that was in place for trannies and people with AIDS to make their status known before sexual activity. How is THAT okay? They don’t think that is subverting consent when you can withhold that information?
