You need to get hit and hit my nicca. Anybody that's played from HS up knows. When fall camp came everybody needed to go live because you don't stay sharp over the summer from a tackling/physicality standpoint.

used to the see the new football players (the ones who aint used to tackling or scared to get hit ) tryna skip to the back of the line "ah nah man its good you go before me its good" fukk that I loved that shyt I used to pride myself on being hardest hitter on defense

one time my foot got stuck in a pothole tho and I got lit the fukk up

but thats football and I loved every minute of it
