SMF and LAX to VA and NC
I'm not too excited about it but i'll be moving to Cali next year. I'll be out in The Bay, I'll probably be renting an apartment out in Vacaville or Davis.

That's Sacramento which is better than The Bay anyway...

Avondale Flats. I'm in the ATL metro

😆 from that Flat Dog Crip side 🤣. I knew some heads out that way...

I spent most my time in The Heights but originally, day I was born and came home from Mercy, I'm from Young Street out in Fruitridge...

I've spent more of my life out here on the East Coast, I been back and forth to NC since I was 16 and I'm here now. I used to live in Metro ATL though, out in Buford/Gainesville up 985. I fukking hate Georgia 😆...

Ain't no place like home!

It has nothing to do with the hyphy era. It’s just about what cities are a part of the bay area…

Vacaville/Solano is both Sac and Bay technically, they can claim both. Davis is definitely Sacramento, though...

Isn’t that how many European cities are?

Not sure what part of my post you were referring to. Was it about the middle class living 2-3 hrs away or the top heavy income part?

Can you provide a list of every Bay Area city?

Off top of my head:

SF, Oakland, San Jose, Hayward, San Mateo, Redwood City, Richmond, Berkley, Antioch, Walnut Creek, Napa, San Leandro, San Lorenzo etc

Some other smaller “cities”/towns but that should be a good chunk of em

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.

Researchers say don’t blame out-of-state movers for soaring home prices

Out-of-state movers are not driving Texas' surging home prices, according to new researchfrom the Texas Real Estate Research Center.

“There is essentially no correlation between Texas' statewide home-price appreciation and migration patterns over the past 15 years," said Wesley Miller, senior research associate for the Center at Texas A&M University.

But these the same people gonna be wondering why nobody is stocking shelves at their local whole foods, or why starbux cant find baristas, or why their flight from London got delayed indefintely. These last few weeks, folks Found out real quick how much they need broke people. :pachaha:

There are plenty of Mexicans in California to work those jobs.
