Technology is a far ways away from taking out trash, changing toilets, & cooking food (to scale) for people. Everyone still needs the underclass at least another 15/20 years before robots take over all the things.Do you think technology will change that?
I'm not too excited about it but i'll be moving to Cali next year. I'll be out in The Bay, I'll probably be renting an apartment out in Vacaville or Davis.
Avondale Flats. I'm in the ATL metro
It has nothing to do with the hyphy era. It’s just about what cities are a part of the bay area…
Isn’t that how many European cities are?

SF, Oakland, San Jose, Hayward, San Mateo, Redwood City, Richmond, Berkley, Antioch, Walnut Creek, Napa, San Leandro, San Lorenzo etc
Some other smaller “cities”/towns but that should be a good chunk of em
Vallejo isn't part of the Bay?

“There is essentially no correlation between Texas' statewide home-price appreciation and migration patterns over the past 15 years," said Wesley Miller, senior research associate for the Center at Texas A&M University.
