well checking account overdrafts aren't linked to your credit score. it would only affect if he couldn't pay the overdraft fees and they accumulated enough for the bank to send him to collections.

The indictment is a pretty insightful look into this guys life.....I have been to all those places in the "high end" category, it's just an odd mirror into someone's life, who lives in your city. As well as a look at greed, and the everyday mundane nature of the expenses, and the way he overspent, and lived like a college student with $15.11 in his checking account.

Some of the places the went, and ways they spent money are so white trash, I can't imagine elected officials having dinner at Casa De Pico using campaign funds.....The sheer arrogance and hubris. That is just outrageous.

Connect someone to Hillary Clinton, however tenuously, and say it's a political prosecution, no matter how absurd it is. You have to run political prosecutions through DC special units, to make sure there is no partisan intentions.
