There will never be enough affordable housing to pivot people away from destructive behavior. And thats not to excuse California’s lack of affordable housing which itself is an abomination and is being slowly addressed.

You know what else is another sneaky lie? A lot of leftwing anti-housing advocates attacked luxury developments and forced them to build “affordable units” in their luxury condos.

That was a stupid idea

Do you know why?

If you force a building to accommodate 5-10% of affordable units, then the other units have to increase their price to subsidize the cheaper units.

Over time you just end up replicating the same issue you tried to address by building in the first place.

Just build more shyt.
