That can't be right man. New York City isn't even that expensive. You can find a crib in Northern NJ or Upstate NY for 400K. It's gonna be a garbage house that was built in 1963 but you can find plenty of them. How is Toronto, Ontario, Canada more expensive?

why can't black people compete for better jobs and prove we belong there by buying the overpriced property?

It's a complex system and they do it at my job with the lower workers; they desgine it where as black people can not compete. At a certain job they will hire lets say temp. workers: they will hire a black temp worker and give him unbelievable work to finish. The work they ask for him to finish is desgined for him not to finish because nobody can do it; but they use that to make it seem like he's not able to complete the work and make it easier to dismiss him from the position. When I see they hired a new brother in the plant; I go down and tell them what they are going to do and help them out; but they only hired one brother out of the 6 they brought in and let go.

So after he gets fired and can not get a job; the little money he made; he goes and flips the money and starts selling or moving weight. After he starts selling; he gets arrested and has a criminal record and now he can not compete. It's a cycle the white man invented to keep the black man down and now the mexicans has learned it and there doing the same. But the mexican do not understand that the white man only taught them that because they want more mexican workers because they can pay them low wages and in turn, it keeps more money in the white mans pocket.

Wtf are you even talking about? The areas where it's cheaper usually there aren't as many job opportunities. If you can find a job that pays better in a cheaper to live see a why wouldn't you move but why are you even mentioning that?

This thread is exposing the people that didnt take economics in high school and college.

Not even that, she's just scared and naturally a negative person cause of how she was raised. I also don't really have a plan besides asking my company to transfer me. Honestly I don't even know where to go, I just know it's too damn expensive compared to other states. I'm also hesitant cause of how much I like CA but I'd like having my own house more.

The system and how it's set up is not for people of color over here. Time away from the states becomes more and more appealing to me personally. I've seen too much already.
