Wtf are you even talking about? The areas where it's cheaper usually there aren't as many job opportunities. If you can find a job that pays better in a cheaper to live see a why wouldn't you move but why are you even mentioning that?

There are job opps but like Chris.B said. You have to quality education/exp wise first. The hard part about the South is it's hard to break into the field while it's easy in DC.

It's not only black people. White people are moving to places like Colorado while blacks move back down south..

San Francisco black population had the biggest dropped off.. blacks in Oakland are either moving father east of oakland or up north..

Blacks in l.a. that are from l.a. has lost political power do to the Mexican population, so it's fukk l.a....

That can't be right man. New York City isn't even that expensive. You can find a crib in Northern NJ or Upstate NY for 400K. It's gonna be a garbage house that was built in 1963 but you can find plenty of them. How is Toronto, Ontario, Canada more expensive?

Not even that, she's just scared and naturally a negative person cause of how she was raised. I also don't really have a plan besides asking my company to transfer me. Honestly I don't even know where to go, I just know it's too damn expensive compared to other states. I'm also hesitant cause of how much I like CA but I'd like having my own house more.
