Nah California has boatloads of neo-nazi/skinhead groups not to mention heavily inside and outside of their prison systems.

I'd say the south (maybe certain parts of the Midwest as well) is the most racist region particularly because alot of cacs down there still believe and practice old racist beliefs plus MAJORITY of the white nationalist/klan/neo-nazi/skinhead groups reside in that region.

All in all tho America as a whole is racist...nowhere is practically safe.
