I personally don't think there's anything wrong with a business putting such provisions in their contracts.

I should clarify. I do think its morally wrong, and I could never see myself doing that as a business owner, but legally I don't think it's any of the government's business.
Lack of information is a huge market inefficiency. It needs regulation like this

why have laws at all then. Surely the market will correct all that is wrong in the world
The market would actually stomp this issue to the ground. Websites allowing anonymous reviews would spring up in a heartbeat (shyt they probably already exist idk).
