With planks, isnt pretty much a waste past 2 mins?

I love how strong it makes my core. One time I threw my boy halfway across the feild while playing football with no effort:mjlol:

Weights in conjunction with calisthenics is the best option.

If calisthenics was all you needed then every professional sports team would remove weights from their gym.

I enjoy calisthenics more than weight, because I can do it whenever and don't get burned out :yeshrug:

I think P.E . in schools should go hardbody with it because calisthenics is like basic body maintenance to me.
