Meanwhile, Japanese peeps love vintage Levis and spend out the ass for them. Everyone likes foreign shyt and the prices reflect that demand. Not to say Japanese jeans are shyt or anything but it's hilarious when you over here buying their shyt and they're buying the shyt you think is cheap/crappy from here.

Totally get this but the cost/benefit ratio doesn't match up (in my humble opinion).

Everyone really should do what they want, but I can't justify that money for jeans. I'm not getting "twice" the fashion or "twice" the quality/longevity when I pay twice the money (normally paying no more than $80) in this case.

I want an iPad and could easily cop one... but I can't justify it (what am I REALLY gonna use it for?) so it stays on the shelf. Things like that. Maybe I'm just tight with my money? I dunno, brehs....

I think it really depends on how many clothes you have in your wardrobe. I don't have much, so I wear my clothes a lot more often and I've personally experienced cheaper quality (normally cheaper price) deteriorate much more quickly than some of the other brands I've paid a little more for. With that said I hardly pay the retail price for clothes, regardless of the brand.

I understand about being cheap with your money, but there are some things worth paying money for and clothes is one of them to me.

I hear you. I have a pretty good sized wardrobe but I've never really had anything wear out, even though I still tend to gravitate towards some of the same pieces more often than others.

If you keep a smaller wardrobe and wear things more often, yeah... it makes sense to buy a higher grade tool for the job, so to speak.

Especially for an ugly shirt yeah.

And that whole jumping on the Burberry bandwagon thing you were talking about have a word.

People who were wearing Burberry in the 90s were late on the bandwagon from people in the 70s and 80s. By the time rappers and their ilk jumped on the Burberry train Burberry was already a dinosaur in fashion sense.

goons in the cut tryna talk you out yo necklace
i feel you on that. I usually wait until sales pop up. Macy's be havin jeans (calvin Klein, Guess, Sean John, Armani) and nice sales.

I just bought a pair of nice Armani jeans for like $60, reg price was $140.
Most I spent was a pair of real nice fitted black Sean Johns that I didn't feel like waiting for a sale and paid $90.
I got a bunch pairs of Levi's of course, can't go wrong with those.

Definitely gotta have more than 2 pairs of jeans in rotation tho :scusthov:
I have like 15 pairs. The higher quality obviously the longer they last.

Macy's got a sale at this MOMENT, breh...I'll be picking up 2 more pair of Levi's tomorrow. :ehh:

Quality over Quantity. If you're going to pay a lot for jeans make sure you get a quality pair dudes paying all that for trues and they are ugly and not the best you can get for the price.
