Go look up who his agent's son is....
Only semi saving grace is that teams didn't listen to Ace's dumbass agent and still took him in the top 5. That's 40mil guaranteed, possibly 50mil when you consider how the scale is increasing. Any agent who would actively demand their player NOT go in the top 5 is a fukking idiot. This wouldn't be the first career he's ruined either (again: look up his son).

His agent is allegedly giving him horrible advice about not working out for teams and other stuff. I get it you don’t wanna play for certain teams but there’s a right way and a wrong way to do this.

And that dude who is “representing” him isn’t even a licensed agent. He’s likely just using Ace to live out his dreams and as a meal ticket. Where is his parents and family?
He might be one of those guys who care more about the lifestyle that comes with being a pro athlete than being the best player he can be. You spend 9 months out the year playing basketball anyway. It’s probably why he wants to go to a premiere city. Even though it’s 2025 and you can bring good vibes to you anywhere. As long as you have the money and clout.
