Alot of Black Folks are still under a spell of hope and change that is never coming from Obama. This is what is expected of them since now they fall in line with white folks voting for white candidates b/c they can relate to the white man, goes the same for Obama's case. Doesn't matter that he has helped kill black folk around the world with drones and coups. Has allowed Police to stop and frisk and harass and kill them everywhere they go without any justice. No jobs and benefits in urban cities. But b/c he shows up once in awhile to a highly Black populated city, or at a sports game or Apollo Theater....it's all good.

I understand how unrealistic it is (or was) to want Obama to lead a Dem-Soc revoloution, but its dishonest for you to pretend he didn't promise one thing and do another.

Whether someone is cynical enough to inherently distrust politicians is one thing, but that doesn't make Obama's lies any less daunting.
