BR is littered with Campers, to be honest the rules of the mode encourages it to place high. It's very strategic for the best players while it's a pathetic shytshow for the bytches picking people off and letting the gas do the work.
I'm guilty in camping in solos 
I won in solo by flying in a heli for the final few zones 
But still. It's annoying getting everything only to die from a camper hiding in a damn washroom or corner of a room with ghost

All my wins have come from teams being aggressive
Opposite for me, we start slow, camp a spot in the safe zone then get aggressive towards the end.
