Yesterday I'm at work and my Sup tells me one of my co workers called out .

I'm like ok then he said his excuse was he hurt his knee while sleeping .

I don't give excuses, I just take the day off if I don't feel like working.

The old people here take a lot of sick days for joint pain and the like. It's not always legit.

I called in one time and said I got stuck in the elevator at my building. It was true...but I was only stuck for like 15 minutes.

It was cool cuz I had like 200 hours of PTO I hadn't used.

You can use PTO but it has to be said ahead of time .

We have sick days too but even if you run out you can call in sick .
