I love calorie counts. I wish Chinese restaurants had calorie counts though.


Like how many calories is in Chicken with Broccoli or chicken egg Foo young w/white rice?:jbhmm:


It's funny, the hood chicken spot in my area has calorie counts but none of the Chinese spots do .
All that Chinese food got high ass calories besides the soup.

I don't know if it's a law but every fast food joint got the calorie count on it now around my way. Can't enjoy shyt no mo. And I know it's not health food I should eat everyday anyway but sometimes "ignance" can be Bliss. Scratch BoJangles and Zaxbys off the list replace them with Mediterranean spots now

The 20 PC calorie count is double what the 10 PC calorie is. That makes sense.

But why isn't the 10 PC calorie count double what the 5 PC calorie count is???

Only really "safe" option at chinese spots are the 'Steamed' items. You can get steamed chicken and veggies and they serve it with the sauce on the side. The soups are pretty low calorie too as long as you avoid those crunchy noodles that come with it.

Yea that calorie counting hits different when you go for 30-45 minute jog and only burn 150 calories, but that little chicken strip combo you ate with the drink, fries, and sauce is 800-1,200 calories.

That stuff will make you much more mindful of what you put your body with the quickness.

This is exactly why I side-eye :flabbynsick: dudes with trash diets talking bout "I'll just burn it off later". Unless you've got Michael Phelps' daily swim routine as your cardio, those pepperoni pizzas are being stored as straight up fat lol

Only burning 150 cals in a 30 - 40 minute jog? I understand your point and I agree, but only burning 150 cals in 30 - 45 minutes seems a little low :dwillhuh: you can burn about 150 cals running at 6.0 in 15 minutes on the treadmill. Today I burned 200 cals in 12 minutes or so power walking on the treadmill, 15 incline, 4.4 speed.

Today I burned 200 cals in 12 minutes or so power walking on the treadmill, 15 incline, 4.4 speed.
You'll burn more calories in the same time if you do 4.3 instead of 4.4.....you're welcome.
