How often do you do cardio per week?
You gotta do cardio, it's more important than weight lifting. I been doing 2 days a week, 45 minutes, burn something like 500 calories. I'm Flabby so it ain't easy

Can't outwork a bad diet. The most important muscle to work in regards to weight loss is your tongue. If you can resist eating the shyt your tastebuds want you'll lose weight.

I notice you guys mention carbs a lot. Do you focus more on carbs or calories?Everyone always underestimates how many calories they consume especially when not factoring in snacks. You should calorie count for the first few weeks at least and make adjustments. I switched to low carb and high protein and went from 180lbs to 150lbs in about 4 months. Now I just eyeball food and roughly know the amount of calories I'm consuming.
