That's because our offensive coordinator sucks. I've always said Shula calls plays like he's playing Madden or NCAA 14. Cam hasn't had a good offensive coordinator since Chudzinski left. That being said, Cam is still lacking touch on his passes and overthrowing niiggas who are wide open. Even with drafting McCaffrey, who I like, part of the benefit was having a safety valve to check down to. That doesn't do no good when Cam is firing 96 mph fastballs to him in the flat.
