Look at the inability to self assess. How do you expect any other race or group of people to self assess their treatment of black when y'all nikkas won't even do it for yourselves?

Let's be clear, the "nikkas" you are describing represent a very small population (usually impoverished neighborhoods)of black people so quit acting like they are a reflection of black people as a whole. Quit letting the media brainwash you about your own people and go outside and meet your neighbors or reconnect with your family or something. There are PLENTY of black people that don't act like what you see on television and if they aren't apart of your everyday circle then you need to switch up your team.
Within those communities, everyone is doing everything they can to impact the children positively because changing the mindset of the adults is quite impossible. But make no mistake about it, the mindset that causes blacks to be violent within their community is a direct cause of white people's treatment of black people since they brought us to America. Black people were raped, abused, separated from their families, striped of their last names, uneducated, etc. This same population of people were later only lawfully, not purposefully, allowed to integrate into "normal" (white culture) and someone how expected to fit right in as if nothing happened.
And drug usage is the same across both races.
