Not yet. He clearly has the potential to be the best QB in the league (hell, possibly all-time, but I'm getting ahead of myself on that one), but it's still just potential.

Besides, Vick is about to lead a team to the SuperBowl, while Cam's squad still won't see eight wins this season.
