Cam played well this season yet didn't play well for 4 quarters today. I'm not a Panthers fan, i'm worried about what they're saying. I go by the eye test. Plus let's not act as if he's not going up against one of the top D's in the league.....

But Cam's weapons offensively has always been something Carolina fans have complained about. The thing is, their defense normally carries them but how is their defense going to carry them v. a defense just as good as them. So then is Carolina O v. San Fran's O. SF is much better at RB, Their #1 and #2 WR and TE is better than Carolina best WR who is their 2 WR's is a HD status and their TE is good but he's not close to Davis. On top of that SF OL>>>> Carolina's OL. Cam could be better than Kaep but their isn't much of a gap so SF offense>>>Carolina's.

No he doesn't. Last year his accuracy was terrible and this season his accuracy only got slightly better.

@AVXL is a Falcons fan like me. We both know who important is it for the offense and defense to be performing at a high level. If your defense don't have the talent, you better hope their offense equals that and if they do have the talent, then you are in for a long day.

As soon as dude's defense wasn't there to keep the score down, he couldn't get it done. He's great, but he might very well have some mental blocks that really have nothing to do with the rest of his team.

Luck had those Big Ben long developing plays. The Colts cut a lot of those out of the scheme and Luck still holds the ball too long. He is not one of the most accurate QB's in the league nor is Cam.

There's a difference between not being one of the most accurate in the league and not being accurate at all, what a couple of you are saying. Considering Luck spent half the season throwing to TY Hilton and practice squad players and still lowered his INT's and improved his accuracy from his rookie year says a lot. Not even taking into account how much he gets hit and pressured which is near the top of the league

Cam most definitely has his issue. His intermediate accuracy, he doesn't audible into the right play, stands in the pocket too long and can still make that really bad read on occasion. He is developing from an athlete with QB skills to be a QB who is a great athlete. He still has some growth but like us in Atlanta, he needs a real running game and at least one legit weapon.

Dude, they basically ran the same long developing plays becuz they can't run the ball. They'd start off gms trying to run and throw short passes, then just start slingin into Nickel and dime coverage after getting down big. Cam has a run gm and has way bigger windows than Luck. As far as pure accuracy, Luck is pretty accurate. Only Manning, Brady and Rodgers are more accurate imo. I'd even say he's more accurate than Brees. Coaching and personnel is Luck's issue
