To be fair they do deserve the right to they banner back. So him taking it is kinda theft 
. But I would just charge the experience to the game , or go on social media in an attempt to recoup it without a waste of tax dollars on a legal process. I hate how they added in the "my dads a 30 year vet" just to garner fake sympathy and tug and idiot red state racist heart strings. That information is completely irrelevant but they feel it's of the most importance.

I feel like you should be able to display support for opposing teams if you a fan, I mean thats part of the fun of going to games. So signs and sh1t like that don't bother me and I feel are apart of the environment , despite said rules. I'm not in favor of what they are doing and personally think its a dikk move, but from a view of this belonged to them and it was taken from them I think they have some validity to their argument.
