I'm not with them using the N word and doing the whole "yo yo yo word to da mutha" talk ... but Laos, Cambodians, Vietnamese Filipinos, Hmongs are cool people. They keep to themselves and don't really fukk with anyone unless you insert yourself into their bullshyt.
I used to work with a Laos female and we'd chop it up all the time, she'd tell me all types of crazy shyt that goes on over there. They are looked down by the "civilized" asians but at the same time they have colirism issues, darker skinned Laos folks are seen as 'dirty". The way she broke it down is exactly the shyt you see in parts of the carribbean.

Nah. He had just got out the pen. He was the head of the crips in Sac or Tracy or Stockton. Idk. But we used to live together because I was dating his lil cousin in Tracy. That's all. He was cool as f though.
