I always thought dudes from delaware went extra hard because they always felt disrespected. Somebody tell you they from Delaware and you laugh at them not knowing that they get it in on the low. Nothing more dangerous than a group of people wylin for respect.

Its the drug game mixed the fact all of East Wilmington looks like the worst parts of North Philly.

Wilmington is right in the middle of DC, Baltimore, Philly, NY on I95 so people killing for drug corners like the Wire.

that's what I was wondering at first but then saw it said Camden 95% minority.

The major problem with a city like Camden is the geography...roads are extremely narrow with row houses for blocks...like a mini Philly. Having more cops on street always helps

Wilmington is far from the most dangerous.. its just the most dangerous Small city.

Rass Kass said back in 96 that we need more police to take back our streets. You cant police a community in a car friends. You have to be on foot, walking a beat, and knowing the neighborhood, faces and people.

Not the biggest fan of cops, but i've been advocate of cops walking rather than patrolling in cars. It puts a face to the cop, and it puts a face to people in the neighborhood. When the 2 are segregated its easier to make broad generalizations and have general apathy towards the other party.

Camden BEEN packed with latinos. For the better part of 50 years Camden has been a City that mainly consists of poor blacks and latinos. But it's still predominately black. The best looking buildings in the City are the churches. You could be riding around Kaighn ave and see zombies galore walking through traffic.

I remember getting lost one night shortly after moving to Philly and made the mistake of crossing the i-76 bridge (Camden is right there once you cross that bridge).
It was in the mid-2000s and shyt looked like a condensed version of South East DC
