They did have a deal. Jim had Max signed to a fukked up contract. Wouldn't release him. And had him all tied up to the point he had to release mad mixtapes tryna eat off that. I know Max ended up messing with Amalgam Digital. Took all the songs Max worked on and put different singers on it and kept em for himself. shyt alotta people think he kept alotta Stack's shyt for himself as well.
