weird thing is..i always felt Jones was his at his most beloved when he was on his rambling passionate New York Ryder Man/EastCoast 2 Pac style. which was him at his most natural. theres a reason why people mention Come Home With Me and I'm Ready when they talk about his verses.

so when he started taking things from others around him and got more polished as an mc he got richer and sold more but he lost a bit of that edge.
