I'd even say that Cam has had a bigger influence on hiphop and mainstream culture than Jay, who has constantly needed others to boost and shield himself as well as keep him relevant (remember when Lupe first came out? how about dikkriding Drake when Andre 3000 wouldn't even give him a damn verse). The swag, the lingo, the sense of style, the Diplomat movement which was the biggest thing out for quite a while, the hilarious Bill O'Reily segment that spawned 'u mad?' has become bigger than anything that Jay has done or has 'claimed' to have done outside of music and slanging shytty vodka - all of that shyt is at the discretion of his business manager John Meneilly so don't even start with that 'business acumen' bullshyt
