That's not what we're talking about. X built a name on the streets, jail, or wherever for rapping and challenging other rappers. We know this because rappers around NY have told us they either battled him or witnessed it. We have video proof of X in ciphers. They aren't comparable in that regard.

This is literally the same interview where Cam and Mase are praising an unknown Harlem rapper because he was known for battling. They identity with X in a way they don't with Pac because they relate to that side of him as a rapper.
