Dame was a 16.67% owner of Roc-a-fella and Universal 50%.
I.e. Steve Stoute is his own boss in the marketing business and is a go-to-guy for anyone trying to tap into the hood or the hood trying to reach the general public. Dame had 100 bosses and little leverage but acted like he was his own boss and got left in bushes for it.
In 2014 he's his own boss, how is that going? I always saw him as the perfect underboss, chief of staff type of dude, never the president. Bosses know how to deal with people, how to treat people, how to be likable in the right environment. Or they are forceful like a dictator a la Puff/Suge. American presidents/Russian presidents.
