The problem is that it's not just Boston making their 3s and getting inside the paint with ease, but it's the fact New York started this game flat with no energy or determination; it's like they came in on cruise control.

In the first two games, their offense and defense weren't great but they stayed determined throughout the whole game, you can tell they wanted those wins, they played with a purpose but today it's a “shrugged shoulders” situation like they didn't even care or even acknowledged how today's game could've been a great opportunity for them to take advantage of and they just blew it in the first quarter.

That's been my issue with the Knicks at various times this season. First two games indeed they kept pushing but this one once again they're playing passive. Cs are getting every 50/50 ball and have been the agressors throughout. Really strange how we stay playing passive at home.
