Pantera Wasn't racistthey were just some hardcore white boys from
The south On that Wild West shyt who made speed metal they never had any racist lyrics

Being from the south, I let this shyt slide because shyt... you had Lil Jon's stupid ass dressed in a confederate flag outfit. But nah, I can't disqualify the rest of the band from ridicule for simply put up with that bullshyt and not outing the mother fukker. You are with whom you associate yourself and they're all guilty by association. :Hubie:
Part of me would like to say that he was using 'nikka' but I ain't caping for no white person that uses that word in any shape or form. I'll recall the general gist of a conversation I had drinking with said roadie.
Made friends with an older Roadie dude at the Terminal 5 in NY who was working security there and what's not. So we were drinking it up with Red Fangand Drummer from Mastodon while the opening acts are on and somebody starts going on about concerts in the 90's compared to concerts today. So the oldhead starts going on about having to never pay for a drink back in them days, Booze was provided blah blah and he was on about how venues like that would try their best to keep certain acts liquored/drugged so they'd atleast make it out on stage instead of no showing trying to score drugs/chicks. Back then it was a lesser evil to have an act get fukked up and atleast attempt to finish a show as opposed to having a member, especially a singer go AWOL doing shyt.
Then he goes on about volatile frontmen and shyt, touched down on Phil and started going on about how it was worse to deal with the aggresive addicts/junkies over the prima donna type cats who'd just stay in the trailer, fukk groupies and demand shyt. He said whenever he was working a Venue that Phil played he'd lean harder on liquor than everyone else since they made it a point to keep the place drug free and fire/blacklist roadies/groupies/etc.. back stage who helped them dudes score so Phil would just get fukked up on Alcohol and start picking fights with dudes for no reason (He and Vinnie fought alot around that time and Dimebag would just leave or go take a piss and never return he said) and would start mocking their Glam days talking about how he had to get these fairies out of that makeup Kiss shyt and into the real hardcore metal shyt.
He also said that Phil had a tendency to push his White pride shyt during the between song banter. These rants that almost always ended with him talking about how Rap promotes criminal shyt and Metal was about pride and the White man had alot to be proud of and if Black people could have Black pride than White Pride shouldn't just be about stifling black pride, it should be about the white man not letting himself get pushed around by anyone 'cause of political correctness and start White power chants. Whenever the band would try and segue into another song he'd continue on some bullshyt until he had the crowd whipped up and then perform with that negative energy brewing.
He kept saying that every time he met Pantera, the group was cool to everyone on a whole until Phil entered the room either high, drunk or both and just pretty much alienated everyone he had a problem with, and that was everyone it seems. Alot of other people told me about the white power chants and all his commentary during them shows in the 90's before camera phones and social media came about and concert footage back then wouldn't show that shyt for obvious reasons.
You should be somewhat familiar with this video of his back in the day. For the people that been caping for him saying that he really was joking...nah. Dude been like this a while now.
I think he was talking about the super baggy JNCO era we had back in the day.Are you stupid?
There's literally dozens , probably hundreds stories of Phil being racist as fukk, sieg heiling and yelling White Power and trying to pass it off as jokes. Rob Flynn from Machine Headin the video posted in here talked about it and said how he toured with Pantera and Phil told him he "didn't like their n***** era". Whatever the fukk that means.
Why not? A lot of people who shrug off Danzig forget he was a appreciator of Blues Legends as well. Even though you might not hear it because of his different musical incarnations. He knows his shyt when it comes to early historic black music. All because of matt danzig's roster spot as a front man.
Can a black man wear a misfits inspired band shirt, breh's?
Would this be to far or questionable.
Is this the band tshirt version of the confederate flag.
Or do rock band shirts all fit into to that same place for a black guy to rock.
I have to ask this question because the band has had different incarnations and because of that.
is it violating for a breh' to wear one?

you just wait. summer 2016 will have everyone wearing misfits t's.
I still don't get why you would push someone first. shyt is dumb just throw a punch
for a while i just assumed all the stuff about racism was just jokes to build up controversy and attention for the band but i've also heard stories from people that went to their shows and steele saying things like how he'd always love performing in certain cities because the crowd's were never 'too dark' or whatever
plus neo-nazis definitely like them
still, hell of a voice, hell of a band
like you.i dont like type o negative but i like his band before Type o, Carnivore and they have this racist ass song. its obvious dude and band were racists.
