Again you can't say they are classic albums just because YOU think they are. They are good albums but for them to be classic fans and non fans of Ross should know and like the music.
For example you don't have to be a biggie fan to know life after death is a classic album. If you turn on any song from that album the average person will at least recognize the song and which album it came from. Ross on the other hand does not have that kind recognition. Only his fans like and know about his music beyond BMF, hustlin and, ima boss. People don't know Ross verses word for word because they are not classic. Sounds good in the club but ain't nobody really checking for that nikka all like that. Everybody just likes his beats and hooks, hell most of the fans of his songs don't even know who dude is they think he's "Big Meach" or "larry Hoover" or sombody. As a rap fan I try to listen to almost everything and I have heard all of ross' albums and in my opinoin he's not touching biggie. Lyricism, concepts, rhyme schemes, charisma, subject matter you name it big did it better.
Give me your best Ross verse/song/line and ill give you 3 better from big.
To me ross is still rapping about the same topics which are money, maybachs, bytches and drugs. B.I.G. was more of a storyteller with a wide variety of topics. to me ross will never come even close to B.I.G..
