RIck Ross can't really rap so.....
Its like this...
Ladanian Tomilison can play 11 years in the nfl and have a strong career and not be better than Bo Jackson who played like 5..
Because Ladanian in his prime when he had it all together was never at the level Bo was when he was just destroying nikkas off talent..
Im not the biggest biggie fan{no hate tho}but I think he was still grasping the intricacies of music during his tenure
If he would have lived and continued to hone his craft{which he would have done}his greatness would be undeniable

Just too many "what ifs" for me to justify putting Biggie over Ross. IMO they are about even lyrically when u compare their greatest lyrical songs. Musically their is no comparison Ross shyts on Biggie. Ross can put together a song way better than Big ever could.
